This is game can be great if there is any festival round the corner during the baby shower. The materials required are like small sized pumpkins, stockings used in Xmas, colored Easter eggs etc. The holiday items and symbols can be used for each of the guests in the baby shower party. Eggs are considered as symbols of fertility. Thus eggs are very good items to be used for the game.

The preparation has to be made prior to the arrival of the guests. Each of the eggs is filled with a square of tissue paper. On the arrival each of the guests is handed over an egg filled with tissue paper. That would - be mother is also given one.

The rule of the game is that the guests cannot part with their respective eggs in possession. They can abandon their respective eggs only at the time of eating, at the time of going to the washroom, going to the restroom or joining in any game that requires the hands to be free. Otherwise a participant needs to request some other one to sit her egg if for some reason she needs her hands to be freed.

If someone leaves her egg alone or drops it, some other person can take that away without saying anything to anyone. The game continues throughout the party. At the end of the party, the person who has the maximum number of eggs in her control is declared to be the winner and she gets a prize.
