Mother’s instincts

This is a very interesting game and smells like a thriller as that would be mamma plays the investigator with her mummy instincts. Material required is just safety pins and nothing else. So it is very easy to organize the game. Anyone of the guests in the baby shower is chosen by the baby shower host and she is given a baby safety pin.

The guest who has taken the safety pin is kept a secret to the mamma. All the guests along with the one with the safety pin sit in a circle. They then place their hands flat one over the other in a praying posture with their finger tips pointing upwards.

The contestant with the safety pin also keeps her hands and fingers in the same way. The contestant should keep the safety pin hidden between her two hands such that the mother cannot see that. All the members should then make an innocent face.

That to be mom approaches each one and asks whether she has taken the safety pin and the contestant says no to that. All the participants take the name of the mommy to be and say that they have not taken the safety pin. The mummy with her mother’s instinct tries to find out who has taken the pin.

Once the first participant is caught, the game is repeated all over again. If it happens that the mummy fails to catch a participant with the pin, then that participant s declared the winner and she gets a prize.
